- We currently deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India.
- If your location is not serviceable, our team will notify you at the earliest after your order placement.

- Customized or pre-order items may require additional time, which will be communicated during purchase.

- Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3-6 business days

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or any other reason:
- The courier service will attempt redelivery up to two times.
- If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse, and the order will be canceled. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the refund policy.
- Customers are advised to double-check their address and contact details during checkout to avoid delivery failures.
Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or items are missing, please:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone.
- Share clear photographs of the package and items received for verification.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
Non-Serviceable Areas
- For locations where delivery is not serviceable, we will notify you within 24 hours of order placement and initiate a full refund if prepayment was made.

- Holidays: Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.
- Multiple Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately, and you will receive individual tracking details for each shipment.
