What is Trumee?

Where do you deliver?
Trumee delivers to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you shortly after placing your order.
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
How can I place an order on Trumee?
To place an order, browse our website, select the items you want, and proceed to checkout. After completing the payment, you will receive an email or SMS confirming your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all online payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and other secure payment gateways. We also accept Cash on Delivery (COD) with verification of mobile number or email id
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been processed for shipping. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please visit our “Returns” section on the website and fill out the Return Request Form. For exchanges, follow the same process, but please check the availability of the item you wish to exchange for.
What are the conditions for returns?
Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags intact. Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned.
How will my refund be processed?
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return pickup and issue a replacement or refund as applicable.

What is the delivery time for my order?
- Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3-6 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-8 business days

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking details. You can also track your order by visiting the “Track Your Order” page on our website.
What happens if my delivery fails?
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or any other reason, the courier service will attempt redelivery up to two times. If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse and the order will be canceled.

Yes, a small shipping fee ranging from Rupees 50 to 100 applies on all orders below Rupees 1999
