Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Returns initiated beyond this period will not be accepted.

Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Be free from stains, marks, damages, or odors (e.g., perfume, deodorant).

Exceptions:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for returns.
- Accessories or promotional gifts received with the purchase must also be returned if applicable.
- Items with customization or alterations (e.g., personalized fittings) are not eligible for returns.
Steps to Initiate a Return

Request a Return:
- Visit our website and navigate to the “Returns” section.
- Fill out the Return Request Form with your order details, reason for return, and item(s) you wish to return.

Approval of Return:
- Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for returning the product.
- Approval may take up to 48 hours after submission.

Return Shipping:
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Ship it to the address mentioned in the approval email using a reliable courier service.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product, damaged item).
Refund Process

Modes of Refund:
- Refunds will be processed in the original payment method (e.g., credit card, UPI, etc.) based on customer preference.
- For orders placed through Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI within 7 to 10 working days after the returned product successfully passes the quality check at our warehouse. At the time of approving your return request, we will collect your bank account details or UPI ID to facilitate the refund process. Please note that cash refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Refund Timeline:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
- Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days.

Deductions:
- If applicable, shipping costs or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size, color, or item.
- Customers must initiate an exchange request via the “Returns” section on the website.
- Once the original item is received and inspected, the replacement of the item will be done within 3-5 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone.
- Attach clear photographs of the issue along with your order details.
- We will arrange a free return pickup for such cases and issue a full refund.

- Non-Compliance: Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for return or refund.

- Right to Refuse: Trumee reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the stated policy.
